4.3 Instructor and Session Rules
When participating in live sessions, group classes, or private lessons, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. Recording of live sessions without explicit consent from Jandurvek and the session instructor is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available through the service, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, text, software, and learning paths, is the intellectual property of Jandurvek or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond those explicitly stated in these terms.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or post any content through the platform, including messages, assignments, or feedback, you grant Jandurvek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
